During the initial registration procedure the student pays 200 EURO (to be included into invoice for payment of the total amount), which covers the Academy registration fee, meeting of the student at the international airport in Moscow, transfer to the domestic airport in Moscow, meeting at the airport in Saint-Petersburg, accompanying to the Academy, drawing up documents for Academy admission, etc. The above amount does not include the airfare.

Food expenses are 150 EURO per month. When first entering the Russian Federation, the student should have about 400 EURO to buy some basic necessities and personal things (clothes, dishes, electrical equipment, etc.).

STATE UNIVERSITY FOR WATERWAYS COMMUNICATIONS

There is a precise answer to the question “where the real sea dog, the conqueror of the seas and the oceans, the ship captain is taught?” The answer is of course in Saint-Petersburg State University for Waterways Communications. It is one of the oldest transport Higher Education Establishments in Russia with its history that goes back to 1809. St. Petersburg State Civil Aviation University (SPSCIU), whose history dates back to 1909, when first aviators pioneered the sky, prepares specialists for all areas of aviation: pilots, navigators, aircraft maintenance engineers, airport and air transportation engineers, airline managers, air transportation managers, as well as experts in flight security, Personnel Management, Law, and Public Relations. Course duration (academic years):
4 years – Bachelor’s Degree,
2 years – Master’s Degree (after Bachelor’s);
5 years – Specialist’s degree/ Degree in Engineering

During the initial registration procedure the student pays a 200 EURO entrance fee to cover the expenses on making up the official invitation, sending the original letter of invitation and other documents via Express Mail, meeting the student at the international airport in Moscow or St. Petersburg, transferring him/her to the domestic flights airport/railway station in Moscow, meeting the student at the railway station/ airport in St. Petersburg and seeing him/her to the university, drawing up documents for university admission, university registration fee, etc. This sum does not cover the air or train ticket costs.

Food expenses are 150 EURO per month. On first entering the Russian Federation the student should have about 400 EURO to buy some basic necessities and personal things (clothes, dishes, electrical equipment, etc.).
