TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Gold India Education Services Pvt. Ltd. is appointed as the sole franchisee for the city, district, division and state of ------------------------------------------------------------
2. Category Franchisee is authorized to appoint sub franchisee/local representative across --------------------------------------------- for strengthening marketing network
3. The company can appoint another franchisee in the area where the franchisee is already existing if the working of existing franchisee is not satisfactory.
4. The franchisee agrees to take upon the responsibility to collect all the necessary documents for formal applications from the students
5. The franchisee will have to give the details of their advertising and marketing strategies to the company before its operation
6. The franchisee will have to mention the name and the website of company in their advertisements
7. Franchisee will have to achieve their target as per date given by the company
8. If the franchisee found itself in working with some other organization for the admission of MBBS/MD for Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, China, then the company has a right to cancel the registration without any notice
9. This agreement is valid up to 31/12/2008
10. Commission amount has been given as under:-
    • No. of student Commission per student
    • 1-5 Rs-------------------------------------/-
    • 6-10 Rs.-----------------------------------/-
    • 11-20 Rs----------------------------------/-
    • 20 above Rs.-----------------------------/- + package
11. Company will provide prospectus, files, C D products & authorization letter to the franchisee
12. Franchisee will send association form fully filled up along with all documents and a DD of Rs 1000 as processing fees in favor of Gold India Education Pvt Ltd. payable at Gwalior
13. The documents needed to attach with association form are as under:-
    • Identity Proof
    • Residence Proof

Procedure of Admission

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility certificate from MCI (Medical Council of India) for Indian Students is required. In order to get eligibility certificate from MCI it is necessary to apply in the prescribed format attached with this brochure or it can be downloaded from the website of MCI www.mciindia.org students obtaining 50% marks in (PCBE) i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology, & English (40% marks in case of students belonging to reserved category) in 12th science standard and over 17 years of age are eligible for medical studies as per the norms of MCI.
